Refund policy
RETURNS
At Capeesh Supply AS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items within 14 days of delivery to your pick-up point. To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition and include all original packaging and tags. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged.
Note, we do not accept returns on accessories such as headwear, belts or patches.
We will gladly refund the full amount of the invoiced goods, minus the shipping cost. This also applies to orders with free shipping (orders over kr 1000 NOK). Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, and any shipping fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Capeesh Supply AS is not responsible for any return shipping fees or lost returns.
EXCHANGING GOODS
We do not accept exchanges from one size to another. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size.
RETURNING A PACKAGE
Before returning any items, please contact us at noproblemo@capeesh.supply and include your order number, a description of the item, size and reason for return. Packages sent without prior contact will not be accepted. If your return request meets our policies, we will provide you with a link that will guide you through the next steps.
When returning an international package, please clearly mark the package as "returned goods" to avoid any customs charges. Capeesh Supply AS is not responsible for any return customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
After receiving your returned item, please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to be issued.
