Shipping policy
At Capeesh Supply AS, located in Norway, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. To ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address, please provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address, including your apartment number. To avoid any delays, please make sure that the shipping information is filled out using alphabet letters.
Once we have received your payment, we will do our best to ship your order to you as soon as possible. However, during periods between high demand or new releases, shipping times may be longer than usual. You will receive an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed and is ready for shipment.
Please note that once an order has been packed and the email with the tracking number has been sent, it will be automatically processed and cannot be modified or cancelled. We recommend that you verify all information before finalising your order.
When your order has been picked up by the carrier, the estimated delivery time will apply. The approximate transit times are:

In the event that your delivery is unsuccessful due to an incomplete address or a package that was not picked up at a postal office in time, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order.
If you received the incorrect item or a defective item, please contact us at noproblemo@capeesh.supply and include your order number in the email. We will do our best to correct the issue and make sure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to decline orders if, for example, we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment. However, we will make every effort to notify you of the reason and help resolve any issues that may arise.

PAYMENTS
We accept following payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
Note, that if your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card’s Billing Address, we might request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to PostNord and to us:

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not retrieved and are being returned, Capeesh Supply AS reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
